Tiger eyes Hotel

The most pathetic experience ever. The host lady is extremely rude making our experience unbearable. No water was provided, we had to ask for very basic necessities such as toiletries and blankets. Our room had a big mouse!!!!They clearly said that they will help us with our luggage, but during check out, they completely denied helping us with our luggage. The place is absolutely unreachable. We had to walk through the cow shed to reach the place. The road was dirty with cow dung. Those who are travelling with old parents, the place is absolutely a big No for them. Not recommended at all!!! If I could, I would give a minus rating to this place.

Pathetic experience. The experience was so damn bad. There is no bloody amenities. No room service, no house keeping, no parking, basically nothing. On top of that, the lady in the reception was extremely arrogant. Please do not ever go to this place . You have to cross a cow shed to get to this place. We lost our precious time because of this arrogant lady. The room isn't even worth 500 bucks. But they charged 2k for a less than basic room.

Visiting Manali for the first time, this stay marred the entire experience. You have to walk to this place. Someone with problematic knees or on a wheelchair will find it very difficult to visit this place. We booked through an acquaintance and the host appeared quite friendly and forthcoming with the details regarding motorable roads, etc. But when we reached the point from where we had to walk, there were no people to help us with our luggage. The lady at the reception was unwelcoming. We had senior citizens with us and had specifically requested for rooms on the first floor, but were put up on the 3rd. All of the rooms lacked one thing or the other. We went out for dinner and had shaken off the negativity for the night. We checked out the next day and had asked to arrange for a transport at a fixed time. The lady at the reception had intimated the driver with wrong information that we'd be calling them at that time. We got unnecessarily delayed for an hour. If I could rate this place any lower, I would. Completely bitter experience. Stay AWAY.

The room was clean. Stay was average. The bathroom was spacious. Hot water was available. No parking space. Paid parking is available nearby. 200 rupees per night for car. Closeby to old manali shopping roads.
