Though it was first clg girls group trip for the hotel....... From the moment we arrived, the hotel provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed,secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the hotel's services (the candles at the dinner table felt like "candle light dinner"). Every member of the team was professional yet warm, always available to assist with a smile. Thankyou for making my trip memorable.✨🌻

Quality of food is very bad .... There is no bone fire or music as promised...also the people drinking there make the environment horrible and no staff was handling them ...make out trip worst.. According to our advice not visit this hotel ever.

Hotel Grand Welcome, Manali, exceeded my expectations! The location offers breathtaking views, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with great variety. I’d highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Hotel grand welcome has a osam view and we feel luxury in the coattage and rooms. The staf was too sweet to us Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and higenic 😋 5star look and service...🤗
