Room and hotel service is very good. We stayed for 3 nights Room alloted was at -1 level with garden facing view. It has a bathtub also but you need to get the drain nob from reception. Without drain nob water will not stay. Hot water supply 24×7 Totally worth of money

Had a great experience here staying for 3 nights, staff is very well behaved and friendly. Food is also of good quality. Travel desk is also very helpful in booking taxi for the overall stay.

The standard rooms of the hotel are good for two people. It's got enough space to move around. The location of the hotel is also quite good, not very far from the main market, Buddhist monestry, Hadimba devi temple and van vihar. I wasn't very impressed with the service though. The intercom wired was connected with a tape due to which it kept disconnecting. The fan in the bathroom was making a crazy noise. The food isn't that impressive either and the breakfast was pretty average.

Located in the heart of Manali. Most of the tourist attraction of the Manali are at the walkable distance. We stayed for 3 nights. From the moment we arrived at Hotel The Orchard Greens, we were enveloped in a sense of peace and tranquility. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this hotel offers a truly rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. What we loved: The Property: The sprawling gardens and manicured lawns are impeccably maintained. The serene ambiance is perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxing by the pool. The Rooms: Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the modern amenities added a touch of luxury. The Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The Food: The restaurant served delicious meals, with a focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of options. Rooms are not clean. We arrived today at night at 11 pm and found the rooms cleanliness to be terrible. We have booked the most premier category rooms, which promised to have great views, but all sad. Even the very basic amenities like packaged water are not provided and being charged 60Rs per bottle.

I visited here after seeing the photos on MMT which they provided them. But when I went there, they gave us a room in the basement with no view at all. The room is like a bed in the store. This hotel is so cheap that we reached the hotel at 9 am and we asked them if there was any chance that we could check in. They replied that we don't know about this. But if you want to check in early then please pay 1000 rupees. It means the room was free but they are so heartless they make us wait in -2°c. After that the room was too cold because it was in the basement. So I asked if they could change the room or give us any heater. They asked 1000 rupees for the heater and for room change they told us to rebook. We were happy to see the bathtub in the washroom but the bathtub was useless because we couldn't fill the water. So they provided us with a bucket and mug. So we are bathing in the bathtub with a bucket and mug. What a ridiculous hotel with pathetic staff.

Rooms are ok but need to be clean better also the linen which was provided the blankets and sheets was smelly. The breakfast they provide is the best i had, many choices and variety. Location is perfect if your looking for stay in Manali this is best location to stay

Please stay with them. Wonderful rooms with very kind staff. And excellent facilities if and when you want them! I highly recommend the hotel to all who want to have a memorable trip to Manali with family and friends!
