1. A hotel that has lived its best life. A hotel with lots of potential should the staff be sacked and employ some that know about hospitality and cleaning. This hotel has an unhygienic standard of cleanliness. The manager played music for hours on end and very very loud. Time to buy some decent linen and new pillows. Stained and mouldy pillows. Sheets grey and stained. Towel looked like a floor rag. Saw the housekeeper clean the vanity with a toilet brush! Saw people check out and no linen changed. Shame because the bones of the hotel are good but it needs a serious serious clean. Good location but atop of a high hill, if you’re not up to walking a steep hill this location isn’t for you. Manager is lazy have to wake him if you want anything. Didn’t eat here because I thought the kitchen was a health hazard.

Very warm welcome by Host Sunny. He has maintained rooms very nicely clean and hygienic. One suggestion - your location is not accurate on google maps. You need to correct your hotel’s location accuracy. Your phone no. Is not mentioned in the details you need to mention your phone no. So anyone can contact you without any problem.

Its really a nice stay with comfortable bedrooms. Our guests delighted with facilities and price. We recommend to stay here.Specially for Honeymooners. Staff is very cooperative. Our guests return here at 10 O'Clock in the night after sightseeing and Still they provided all included honeymoon facilities with candle light dinner to guest as per the need. Guest rated it 4.5 Star Stay.

One of the few dog friendly (owner himself owns a dog) hotels in the location, good spacious rooms with decent bathrooms and working geysers, if you specially request for late check-in or early checkout, they will try to help you out for that as well. There is a small beautiful garden with a swing out front which is a sight to the sore eyes. They have some parking spots inside the establishment as well but Parking would be an issue during weekends.

The facilities are awesome, to be honest you will be treated godly! I have stayed here for 3N and I treated very well by them! The meals are so tasty and also the services are too good! It is situated near Hidamba Temple. The price for the room is 2.5k because of too rush season, there is free wifi available I really recommend everyone to stay here for once..

A very Nice Budget Hotel located just 1.5km from mall road. Rooms are very neat and clean with all the basic amenities like TV, Phone for room service, etc.||||Location was very good, it is just 2 minute walk from the famous Hadimba devi temple.||||Food was good, they prepare the fresh food as per the guest request.||||Staff was good and well behaved, specially Ajay, who served us in our two nights stay.||||At last, I would like to THANK Mr.MUKESH GARG, the owner of the hotel, for our comfortable stay. We were seven friends and he was our eightth friend, he is very co-operative and friendly person, ready to help his guests in every type of situation. ||||If you are looking for the best budget hotel with good facilities and service, go for it.

Best hotel in very low price, polite cooperative staff.Owner himself is very kind and understanding. Great view . No need to any other place to experience snow fall . Good food and drinks . Fully satisfied and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Hotel Chetna is a budget hotel situated near hidimba temple. I booked two super deluxe rooms here from 28-Jun-18 to 1-Jul-18 so i am writing my experience here.||Pros:-||1. Situated near Hidimba Devi temple. Manu temple is around 1.5 KM and club house is around 700 meter.||2. View from top floor is really good.||3. You can see Hidamba temple and snowcapped mountain from hotel rooms.||4. Provide pick-up and drop facility from hotel to bus depot based on cab availability. They provide me pick up but not drop.||5. Nature of owner is good.||Cons:-||1. Food is below average so I used to take tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner from nearby cafe.||2. Rooms rates are costly as compare to adjacent hotels.||3. There is no generator facility so if electricity is not available then you have to sleep in dark. At my time around 6 hour electricity was not available.||4. Around 2 KM far from mall road and 4 KM far from bus depot. You have to pay at least 150 for mall road and 300-400 for bus depot. It is Suitable if you have your own vehicle.||5. They provide free wifi but speed is around 2G network.
