The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's convenient location is a huge plus—it's within walking distance from the old and famous Clubhouse, making it easy to explore the area. We also found it to be excellent value for money, given the quality of service and facilities provided. We noticed some negative reviews about the hotel, but we found everything to be perfectly fine. Perhaps expectations and experiences vary, but for us, Olive County provided a perfect getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Manali.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the 4-Star Rating I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service and facilities. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Service Issues: The service was incredibly slow and inefficient. Basic amenities like towels were not available in the room and had to be requested. The manager at the reception was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Safety Concerns: The lift malfunctioned multiple times during my stay, and there was no visible security certificate, which is a mandatory requirement. This raised serious concerns about the safety standards of the hotel. Lack of Basic Amenities: When I asked for cutlery, I was informed that the kitchen was closed. While it's understandable that the kitchen has hours of operation, basic items should be readily available at all times. Security Lapses: There was no guard at the main gate, which made the place feel unsafe. Additionally, parking was a nightmare; I had to wait for half an hour before someone could assist me with moving my car. Subpar Breakfast: The breakfast provided was neither tasty nor worth the price. It was far from the quality expected from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Poor Maintenance: The interior of the washroom door was broken, reflecting the overall neglect in maintaining the property. Given these numerous issues, I find it hard to believe that this hotel has genuine 4-star reviews. It certainly does not deserve a 1-star rating. If you are planning a trip to Manali, I highly recommend looking for alternative accommodations.

Location is good but you will get badly stuck in traffic if you intend to explore local sites. Hotel does not have basic things like hair drier or nail cutters.. stayed there for 4 nights and not a single day room was cleaned or sheets changed. Reception staff was helpful. You should not expect much. May get good options at this price tag.

The pics as shown on site is nowhere near the reality of the hotel, worst HOSPITALITY, they don't even accept card payment - demands only cash or upi payment. Staff keep lying and the rooms are too dirty, No basic amenities available in room, provides dirty towel and the food is horrible. Food was half cooked and burnt. I would give zero rating to this hotel

I recently had one of the best vacation experience thanks to Olive county and its staff. The rooms were clean with pretty interiors facing a beautiful forest. There was running hot water to beat the cold and the room service was exceptional, replacing water and toiletries every single day of my stay. The staff were very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. The food was top notch beating nearby eateries in terms of quality. They also had live music on 2 of the nights that we stayed. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

I have three day stay with olive County Manali location was good and service is good room was neet and clean spacially thaks for Sandeep Chauhan allotted a room with river view side we visit again .... thankyou olive County for lovely stay
