Location of this hotel is superb. The hotel Manager Sh. Kuldeep Thakur is nice and cooperative person. We visited the hotel during off season and got room at cheap rate. Location is very good, most of places such as mall road, hidimba palace, vashisth temple, manalsu river etc are walking distance from hotel.

Horrible experience after staying in this hotel recently from 13th Oct to 15 th Oct -2024 .Veru rud and uneducated behaviour from both manager & staffs.They provide low quality food.We have not found any cleaning staff for those 3 days.The cook is unprofessional and serve low quality food also misbehaved. I request all of you not to select this hotel at all otherwise you will get horrible experience from everything like food,cleaning ,room and afterall behaviour from staffs as well as manager.

Worst hotel to live. The rooms were not in much good condition and the service is also not so well. The light is maximum times unavailable which makes it so much Disadvantageous. Only the place where the hotel is quite a good place

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and there were some areas that left room for improvement. While the staff were decent, the room and amenities fell short in some aspects. The bed was notably small, making it uncomfortable for anyone over 6 feet tall. The bathroom was also quite compact, with limited space for showering or bathing. Despite having a shower, the design didn't allow for comfortable movement, making it a bit inconvenient to use. Overall, the hotel offers a basic stay, but the size of the bed and the limited bathroom space could be challenging for some guests, especially those looking for more comfort and convenience during their stay.

It is a very good hotel to spend a vacation in manali as it is very close to Hidimba devi temple and mall road.Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are well behaved and very co-operative.They provide good and tasty food.
