Amazing surrounding atmosphere with cooperative staffs. Room was clean and spacious, stylish, view from balcony was mesmerizing. Foods were fresh and delicious. Room itself was well equipped with all necessary amenities. I was very pleased with my stay.

We took this trip from through by friend’s reference from Etripto.in Areeba designed this trip for us (Shimla-Manali-Kasol). The trip went smoothly right from the pickup point which was Delhi. Mr Jagtar Singh was the cab driver who took us throughout the trip. He was really humble and supportive in every aspect. He guided us throughout the trip and took proper care of us. The hotel where we stayed overnight i.e Japika was clean,luxurious and spacious and hotel staff were cooperative and provided excellence service to us. A must visit hotel for people visiting Manali.

Very bad experience with thia hotel....very bad view from room .....all good review are fake here .....all are made by paie service......pathetic hotel in manali ...please do not book this hotel ever....very very very bad staff and very bad manager ...manager does not know how to talk with guest...you will be shock to see the staff behaviour here ...please do waste your money to book this hotel .....saare review fake hai yaha .....very bery bad condition of this hotel

I had a terrible experience at your hotel due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the staff, from reception to the cafeteria. The food quality was poor, and the room maintenance was substandard. The staff's behavior was so aggressive that they were nearly about to manhandle our family. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Few more videos of the staff behavior will be share
