Hotel location and rooms are nice..food is also good but service is extremely poor, staff doesn't adjust their timings and rules a little bit for customers convenience.

The hotel is located at a lovely place in prini and the views from both front and back side of the hotel is awesome. The rooms, linen, washroom provided are clean and the staff and hotel owner is very welcoming and sweet. I stayed here for 7 days and loved every bit of it. Every one is so soft-spoken and well behaved. Everyday we got hot water to drink. The food is tasty, served hot and fresh. This is also a great place to work and they have wifi facilities also.

The view around the cottage is amazing. Rooms are clean,but no proper amenities provided.There was no water heater and none of the charging points were working. Food is OK,but was served hot. Heater was given at an extra cost,but it was too small for the size of the room. Better hotels are available for the same price.

There are 2 hotels of same owner. 1. One is 1 star level. 2. Another is 3 star level First day they allocate me old 1 star hotel. 1. Rooms are normal 2. Hot water heater is not enough working. 3. No welcome drink 4. Food not tasty. On another hotel room are good, food tasty, service good.

I guess they’re having some renovations there. We called up reception at around 11pm but nobody picked up the call. There was no water at the premises and there was literally no one to contact. Felt a little strange place and scary for me. Didn’t feel secure at all. Not recommending this especially for families and couples. Food was totally waste of money. Sandwich was super salty. Bathrooms were not at all good. The only perk is the wooden interior of the room nothing apart from that was something to talk about.

This centrally located hotel offers nice ambience. The room space is good to go for a tourist. The food was tasty , they happily prepared seperate jain meals for us on our demand. Staff was cooperative and well behaved. My room had an amazing mountain view. The hotel has ample parking space, and great hospitality. Strongly Recommended👍

I would totally suggest this place for a stay. It has a superb mountain view and gives a very secluded vibe if you are looking for some peace. The caretakers were so humble and mannered.The food was a total hit. They were always on their toes to make me and my friends feel at our best comfort. They made sure that we have our breakfast before checking out early in the morning. The 3 day stay was a hit because of Rio Astha amongst the beautiful scenarios.

Breakfast was okay but Dinner was good and rooms were very clean and room service was great. It has good parking space and view out of the hotel was awesome (i personally experienced snowfall there) and it also has a fireplace. Price of the rooms was very affordable with good food.
