Pros||1. Hotel Employee, I mean staffs are good.||2. Cook helped and listened to our needs of food and hot water requirement||||Why You should Avoid||1. Very poorly managed. I booked for a 5 day stay when I reached there they dont have a room eventhough mine was confirmed.||They made us to stay for one day in a near by cottage and however no discount was provided. After heavy fighting and exchanging words they relocated to Astha cottage.||2. Owners dont know how to talk, they just told if you dont want to stay go and no room here. Doesnt care if you are travelling with family or not.||3. Just money minded people. ||4. Room heater is given as free when booking the hotel but they charge 300 perday extra for that.||5. Never worked Wifi||6. The location Prini village is verify heavy traffic Jam area. So if you want to travel from hotel to Manali Bustand it will take minimum 1 hr.||7. Frequent power failures. I mean interrupted power supply.||8. TV is provided with no channels subscribed.||9. And to surprise you cant pay by Card. Only hard cash is permitted.||||Must avoid

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Its been hugged by the snowy mountains. 360 degrees stunning view. Also the hotel premises is very clean. The owners are professional and friendly. The staff and the service is too good. If you are planning a solo trip or a trip with friends or family or your better half this place is perfect for you. I will be visiting soon.

We booked this Hotel for 2 nights looking at the pictures online, but after reaching didn't stay at this hotel. Rooms are very filthy and cold, no clealiness. The linen is dirty, no pillow covers, towel was stinking and dirty like anything. When we asked for the heater they said it is chargeable.||The only thing good about this hotel was the Food which was freshly prepared & served to us, we didn't stay the night at this hotel looking at the condition. To our good luck there was a hotel nearby and we checked in to that hotel.||||Why You should Avoid||1. Very poorly managed.||2. Owners don't bother to check the clealiness of the hotel.||3. Just money minded people. ||4. Room heater is given as free when booking the hotel but they charge 300 per day extra for that.||5. Wifi is just for name sake. It doesn't work at all.||6. And to surprise you cant pay by Card. Only hard cash is permitted.||||A BIG NO FOR PEOPLE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The food was good but we had the worst hotel experience. We got no running water for two days and the owner kept lying to us and kept postponing it. The delivery of the orders is done in hours. Worst service I've ever experienced . Don't visit.

We book this Hotel for 3 days and had plane to stay longer but Hotel and their services were terrible. The day we arrived they arranged our say in another property saying we are full. How can they say when we have booked the Hotel??||Second day they took us back in the Hotel. Rooms were very filthy and cold, when we asked for the heater they said it is chargeable.||While bringing us back to the Hotel they misplaced our luggage and we got our luggage 12 o'clock at night. My wife got sick because she didn't had enough clothes for the night and her medication was in that bag.||On the New Year eve we were served horrible and cold food. Dog will even not eat that food.||Hotel staff including owner him self was very arrogant and unfriendly. They really don't have manners to talk to people.||Worst experience of my life for a vacation.||If you have booked this hotel please think at least 1000 times.||We left this hotel in just one night

Had a great experience!! Services was excellent. They have amazing veiws!|Staff listen the requirement and fulfilled it without making us compromise. Food was good and lastly the owners was so good and soft spoken. They managed their staff and services excellently.||My next trip is booked with them in advanced
