Hotel Marina Heights Manali

Pathetic experience. We had booked this hotel through an app and got tricked into paying full amount in advance as they offered a discount. The hotel is highly overpriced if we consider the service provided. First day when we asked for glasses, we got dirty smudgy glasses. There is no cold water as they said fridge is not working. No ice , food was so pathetic, we had to eat out of the hotel. This was not comfortable as we had kids with us and coming late after dinner was quite uncomfortable. Next let's take a look at breakfast. No fruits, or juice. They never refilled the dishes. Only three to four items, all of which cooked badly. Toast when ordered was either not toasted at all and very little butter. One of the days when we reached at 9.30( timing is 8-10), the scrambled eggs were finished. When I asked them to refill, the person incharge said eat omlette, we can't provide. Rooms view is good but now to the service. Only two half litre water bottle provided on first day. When I asked to provide for all days of stay, they said we don't provide. Anyways after argument we got it. There is an electric kettle in the rooms but no tea bags or coffee milk or sugar provided. I had to ask them one day and rest of the days they did not provide. There was no 24 hour hot water. If you have to take a bath do so before 11am otherwise you have to use cold water or call reception to switch on 15 minutes in advance. No shampoo moisturizer refill unless you ask them. Overall it was a very bad experience and i would recommend you not to go there if you want your trip to be good

Pathetic service. Untrained staff. Rude staff. Only 3 items in breakfast and no fruits and juices. The water bottles are not provided in the rooms on daily basis. Bad food. The toiletries were not refilled or restocked. They don’t provide cold drinking water. We had to ask them repeatedly to keep our water bottles in fridge. We had to eat outside after day 2. The only good thing was the view from balcony which is available in all hotels in Prini and Aleo. I would not recommend staying in this hotels and ruin your trip experiences.

Clean rooms, excellent service, and a great location. The staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable experience.

Excellent hotel and staff. Great food . Loved every moment staying here for 3 days. Special thanks to Mr Resham and Mr Sahil who coordinated all services like a 5 star.

Lovely view.. Food and service are average. Please confirm all inclusive stuffs in your hotel stay. Please confirm about heater as they never mentioned at the time of booking. Then you may need to pay it

everything was good…if you are planning to stay in quiet place away from heavy rush then it is a good place ..i liked the view from balcony ,there was greenery all around and felt relaxed …staff ,food was also good

Everything seemed okay, just a slight issue with the hot water, as they have central water heating system. It takes about 5-6 buckets to drain before hot water comes in the tap. Management should think about it as water is precious and wasting so much water is not good.

Excellent property, wonderful and very courteous staff. Special thanks to Mr. Resham Singh, GM of the hotel and Mr. Sahil for providing us with all the comfort and absolutely great hospitality.
