Shami Inn Manali

Our stay at Shami Inn, Manali was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable experience. 🙂 The service was outstanding – the staff was polite, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. They even helped us with our luggage and ensured everything was taken care of smoothly. A special mention to the manager, who was extremely courteous and assisted us in arranging cabs at the best prices, making our travel hassle-free. 😇 One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food – every meal was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. 😋 Waking up to the snow covered ❄️ 🏔 sight of the mountains made our trip even more memorable.

Good hotel, good views and good location. We had a breakfast and dinner package. However, the person serving food was literally counting rotis, parathas and other stuff while serving. He would just give 1 roti and vanish from the table. Food was really good but serving quantity was pathetic. The owners must take a note of it.

Overall nice experience. Staff and owner are polite and respectful. Food is great. It’s bit away from manali centre but you can reach within 15-20mins. Also they should provide electric kettle for warm watar to drink when the temperature is always low.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and the stay was amazing. Their services were excellent, and the food was delicious. They even customized the meals according to our preferences. The staff was very cooperative, and the cleanliness was impressive. The hotel's location is convenient, and there is ample parking space. The TV was also in good working condition. I highly recommend Shami Inn hotel for anyone visiting Manali.

Room was neat and clean,, amenities were good but there is no separate gyeser in bathroom. Staff behavior was good. But care taker was rude because if you book online and get discount then care taker ask to call online platform. He was saying that they don't give discount.. So during checkout this might create a problem. Indirectly asking for more money and blaming the customer for the discount which he got and embarrassing them. Parking is an issue. Most of the time there are parked cars of their friends only. Asks the customer to adjust for the parking even if there was space. Very rude behavior. Property is nice... Location very far from mall road or any eateries. U have to struggle with traffic jam at naggar road also
