We had a wonderful experience at Tripli Hotel! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location made it very easy to access everything. The food was delicious with good variety, and the service was warm, quick, and very welcoming. Everything felt well taken care of, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I wish I would give less than 1 star rating to this hotel in terms of services. Guys be aware, you won’t get water supply in bathrooms. You have to arrange water by yourself to brush your teeth and other necessities. Even after this kitchen department wants you to be on time in restaurant otherwise they will not serve you the breakfast. I booked this hotel after checking the ratings on Google but you guys don’t get fool by their ratings. This was the horrible Experience I ever had with any hotel as water and food comes in basic necessities which this hotel can’t fulfill.

Disappointing Stay at Tripli Hotels Stonehouse Cottages Manali. My recent 3-day stay at Tripli Hotels Stonehouse Cottages in Manali was unfortunately marred by several significant issues. On the positive side, the rooms themselves were neat and spacious, offering a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, the staff I interacted with were generally helpful and courteous except the reception manager. The numerous problems we encountered significantly detracted from our overall experience. Our booking for two rooms with balconies was not honored initially. We were provided with only one room featuring a balcony and had to follow up to finally be shifted to the correctly booked room on our second day. This initial discrepancy was inconvenient and disappointing. More concerning was the complete lack of water supply in both our rooms (only hot water was available) for an entire day. Despite repeated assurances from the manager that the water would return in "5-10 minutes," this issue persisted until the following morning. This caused considerable discomfort and inconvenience. Adding to the frustration, the cable television connection in the rooms was inactive upon our arrival. While it was eventually activated after our request, one particular evening was quite unpleasant. Children were upset due to no cable connection, and despite multiple calls for assistance, the cable remained inactive until the next morning. This lack of prompt attention was quite frustrating. Finally, the checkout process presented another significant issue. Upon reviewing our bill, we discovered several items that we had not ordered. It required a thorough check and subsequent refund from the hotel to rectify this error. While the neatness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff are commendable, the significant issues we faced – the incorrect room allocation, the day-long absence of water supply, the delayed cable activation, and the billing discrepancies – ultimately made our stay at Tripli Hotel Stonehouse Cottages a disappointing one. I hope the management addresses these shortcomings to ensure a better experience for future guests.

One of the finest places to stay, Location wise it's a bit on the interior side, but otherwise the location has nice scenic view. The hotel is very well maintained, beautiful and clean. Rooms were very well maintained having large glass windows and panes with good natural lighting, had all basic amenities like wi-fi, television, geyser, kettle, wardrobe section. Surprisingly the room heater was on a paid basis, not included in the room's booking fee. Their food was delicious, with a huge variety. Loved their poha, poori aloo sabzi, coffee, toast, etc. Also loved the lunch, packaging, room service everything is up to the mark. The room had a beautiful balcony too. Their dining area, bonfire area - everything is nice! During the evening they host a bonfire, with music. Also tour packages are available here, one can book tours from the reception. One can also rent bike from here for local sightseeing.

I had an amazing stay experience. The prive may not be reasonable. However, the service they provide is amazing. Staffs cooperation is a big five star. Restaurant food is also good, but on higher price note. Parking may give an issue to you but staff cooperation covers it all Overall i loved it.

Clean rooms & Proper Hygiene maintained.. The staff there was really good. They helped us a lot in rescheduling and gave contacts of good Cab drivers. Food was good.

Hotel is nice...Staff is cooperative...cons is it's location. Cab dependency is not the favourable thing. Also the food is 3.5 out of 5. Taste is good but variety is less. Overall you can go if looking for a peaceful location since the view from our room was very serene...
