Hotel Thomas Villa

The best part was the service and politeness of the staff. Whether it be F&B staff or Front office, very co-operative. The only reason I'll not suggest this property is because of the location of property, far from the main market and roads are in really bad condition and you will face challenges while getting your vehicle in.

We had a great stay at thomas villa. The host was so kind, they had arranged our pickup from bus stop and they even dropped out luggage at the last day as a Goodwill gesture. The breakfast was average but the rooms were quite big and spacious. Same as shown in the Google photos. Loved the property the view from our room was sooo beautiful.

Glad that my brother select this hotel to stay . Every view is amazing but morning view from top floor is breathtaking. Service is mind-blowing. Staff is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Good stay. We liked the hotel. Very neat and clean . Beautiful view. Same as on pics . Hotel staff is very cooperative. They gave us complimentary early check in as we reached at 5 am. We liked and will definitely recommend to others must try here.

Mr Veer at reception can be more honest and open with rooms availability rather than just saying hotel is full. Dental kit was not provided and had to be asked. Food was good, location is inside from main road.

Affordable and excellent. Room space is quite good. Clean and organised. The lobby is quite spacious again and has multiple seating areas. Service was satisfactory.

The rooms were unclean, the staff was impolite, and the location was inaccurately represented on the map—it is much further away than indicated. When we informed the staff that the rooms were full of dirt and spider webs, they rudely claimed we were mistaken, saying the room had been cleaned in the morning. They even removed the web with their hand while insisting, "Kahan hai jaala?" Not recommended, 0 stars.

Good rooms , view on left side rooms are good, for top floor both sides are good. Service is good , they also arrange vehicles for you. Food is ok but depends on personal taste.
