Should have given minus stars . Room services are very very bad tv is for show, geaser was not working, washroom was unhygienic. Managements charges you for unreasonable things while checking out Manali is a very good destination but these guys are making it tough for tourists. And the food here was 🤮🤢. Disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Village Villa Manali, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. I saw the Google reviews and then I booked this hotel... It was a really great experience the view from the room was really great. The only thing is if you go by the car it would be tough to drive the roads were very small. Their food is also quite good. Their customer handling and room service was good.

1:-Room facilities are too much bad, cleaning services, geyser not working, washroom not clean and hygiene conditions, flush not working properly... 2:- Food services also too oily,🤮🤮 very bad conditions according my all frnds.. 3:-management behavior are also very bad 4:- manager force to dinner as well as breakfast, and lunch...😣 5:- waiter also not working properly and aggressive in nature☹️😡😡😡 6:- self basic need not allow in hotel (food material, brush, colgate, shoap etc.) 🙁😡😡😡 7:- we stay for enjoying the day, but they always interrupting...😒 8:-hotel atmosphere are too much annoying in nature 😡😡😡 9:- wifi not working... 🤐 10:- Television also not working.. 😡

This hotel is one of the best place to spend the time in Manali with your partner. Approximately three years back I spend the 4 days here on my honeymoon trip. I enjoyed a lot with my partner. All the services provided bu hotel staff is marvelous. Hotel staff manager and all staff from top of the level to bottom level, they all are very responsive. All are the great experience.
