Hotel Rising Star

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staff was really good staff helps you in ver good way .The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. The manager of this hotel whose name is Gaurav is very polite to talk with guest and his behaviour good .I really recommend this hotel for your Manali trip .

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around.

Very neat and clean rooms with great view. Food is very delicious. Staff is very polite and helpful. The view from balcony is awessome. Great value deal. 5-7 mints walkable distance from mall road. 10-15 mints walkable distance from old Manali. 5-7 mints walkable distance from hidimba devi ji temple. Parking is available. 24 hours hot water available.

My overall experience at Hotel Rising Star is good their modern amenities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful , their attentive and friendly service truly enhanced the experience. Perfect spot for anyone if they are looking for better comfort and experience.

Not a good experience. Cleaning services and overall services seems to be slacking. Behaviour of employees tends to be quite ignoring for the problems.. Ps- they dont have fans in their super delux rooms. So be quite cautious of weather you are booking this hotel.

Very neat and clean rooms. Staff is very good. Value for money deal. Food is also very tasty and the view from the balcony was awesome😊
