room we got at first is very dirty, after complaint manager has changed our room it was almost same but at least bed and curtains are clean. towel they give to us was hard not soft. food taste was good. staff behavior was good but not helping after asking for room upgrade. not sure why they're not showing other room. the hotel owner needs to spend some money for dry cleaning sofas and chairs. just be responsible to check these things for your guests.

All services are very good at the price point. Good and helping staff makes it easy for your stay. Location is perfect. Mall road is at walking distance. Parking for 2 and 4 wheeler is available. Place available for driver to stay. Food is tasty. Only thing missing is there are no much views outside window as this hotel sits at heart of Manali. Pricing wise it's very very cheaper but best.

I visited this hotel throuh our tour company in June 23.Very worst experiance.Rooms are shabby,very congested.Interior is like ' Baba azam' ke jamaneka.Its only advantage is it is near mall road. If you will get it in Rs.200 to 400 then it is ok.

Good budget hotel close to Mall road. Do not expect luxury for the price range but it is generally 30-40% cheaper than similar properties on other locations. Property is old, Bathrooms are functional and cleanliness is good.
