Very Bad hotel The staff's behavior was disgusting, unprofessional, and extremely rude. The rooms were not clean; there was a smell of smoke with leftover cigarettes, and despite complaining, the staff did not care. The blankets were dirty and unwashed. Overall, if you want to waste your money, please come to this hotel. Very Bad service not a single staff person responds to our orders even we have to call multiples time on staff number to get our stuff very Bad i would not even like to give half star👎🏻👎🏻

Pathetic hotel, very rude staff especially at reception who don’t even know how to speak to customers. No basic amenities such as kettles in the hotel. Not recommended at all

Not at all customer friendly. Usually, I avoid giving negative reviews, but at this hotel, I had a quite bad experience. The rooms are overpriced as compared to the services. During winters, when all other hotels were providing decent rooms they gave us a stinky room, and on asking for a better room they charged us extra money. Their staff is not at all cooperative and forces you to pay in cash. The wifi does not work properly and due to bad mobile network in the region, you will be cut off from the virtual world. I strongly recommend you to chose some other hotel

Only the location is good. The worst service I have had in a hotel in Manali. Will never recommend to anyone. No intercom initially, not drinkable water, extremely poor room quality and extra mattress seemed like it's a poor man's bed

Owner of this hotel verbally abused us and threatened me that i will damage your car because we parked our car in parking and check for rooms front desk staff Vijay demand 600 rupees from us so we paid him because they threatened me and my friends that he will call police and make fake elligations because we parked our car in parking and check rooms we didn’t not take rooms because it stinks i feel so harassed and I don’t recommend any person to go their they only do is threaten customers and demand money.
