Hotel New Shivalik

The overall service quality has noticeably declined, from slower response times to less attentive housekeeping. Even the room maintenance doesn’t seem to be at the same high standard it used to be. The hotel still has its strengths – the location is great, offering beautiful views, and the atmosphere is cozy. But it’s disappointing to see the lack of attention to detail that once made this place so special. I hope they can bring back the quality that long-time guests, like myself, appreciated so much.
