ROYAL RESIDENCY

It was a wonderful stay. We got the family suite. My wife and kids loved it to the fullest. Staff was gentle and polite. Food was amazing. I am definitely planning to visit again in December at my kids birthday. Will surely recommend the same to family and friends.

The excellent hotel in Manali the staff and the managers are extraordinary polite and caring and very very good food is top class Mr Amit is an top class manager with extremely helping nature and understanding love to go back and stay rooms

Hotel policy is not good . They ask for advance before check in. And didn't give us room on arrival offer another room in another hotel. At last we don't have any other option so we have to pay for other rooms. Same thing happened with other customers. I booked this on agoda. So agoda please Look into this and do needful. this hotel will make your reputation worse...

I booked the hotel for my family trip. I even paid advance to make sure that booking is confirmed. On the day of actual stay, I got a call from hotel manager that they have mistakenly booked for next month. So they gave us rooms in the basement with no proper ventilation. The staff is not co-operative. The rooms were not clean and damaged also, see attached pictures. They don't provide anything which is very common for hotels like Iron. Broken toilet seat, broken table, lot of damages. On the top of that they charged us full amount for the King Superior room. Overall very bad stay and experience.

Giving 5 star bcz * value for money * hot water 24 hrs * clean room, big windows for hill view * modern bathroom, clean seat, all tab mixers properly working * nice n cooperative behaviour of staff
