Hotel Day Night

Excellent staff and superb location. Located on Mall road and walkable distance from the Mall road market. I was in this hotel for 3 days with family. Tasty food and excellent service. Cabs are readily available at any time, hotel staff are very friendly and resourceful in planning the travel and local sightseeing.

These property is located just 200 meter away from mall road... Room rates here are budget friendly and they provide the buffet/breakfast as a combo offer with the stay at reasonable rate... Food/breakfast were tasty, service is good. Only need to increase some hygiene.

I have a worst experience. They don't know really how to handle the customers & how to treat with them . Firstly they told us the checkout timing is 11am but after the paid amount next 2 days they was saying to checkout at 8am and that's totally wrong. We are just requesting them for dinner , bike for rent and all things but the guys behaviour was very unprofessional & worst , first time we feel there is no value of us . i suggest to all no one go on this hotal . Service, management & behaviour is totally poor...

extremely worst experience force to take sharing car if you are not taking the manager start fight with you and using abusing words and forced you to check out hotel before time in 5 mins the manager is seriously disgusting person, manager is mannerless. Please don't choose this hotel at any cost.

My experience was wonderful in this hotel, The delicious food service and best location is beautiful also there's a staff member named Vijay Thakur He's very polite and kind always there to help you

Looking to get robbed royally?. Your search ends here. They catch you in wee hours, charged you Rs 100 a cab for 120mtrs distance, pushing you the cusomised package (here is the catch!). They refuse card payments, only gpay, no Pakki Raseed. It's good to record their convo, they assure you a checkout time at 11AM, and soon after you pay them, it will be 9 am The loot dsnt stops here, theyake you wait for full 2 hours before they serves you tea. Breakfast is a typical tasty bharwan paratha smeared with ghee, tiniest bread -jam and bread-butter sandwiches, curd (who eats curd at -10°C but they serve it), and age-old limp achaar. They are teamed up with local cabwallahs and bike on rent dealers. It's a syndicate operation. They acts as next Sicilian. Organised.. Very organised. When it comes to reception. If you are lucky you will be enertained by a supersoft spoken gentle men Mr Bipin kapoor (poor guy, trapped with wrong people! ) However, if you are less fortunate like me, you will need extra dose of courage to deal with an elderly guy managing desk. He is omnipresent. A real tough nut to crack. You just can't strike a friendly conversation with him. His mind is shut, locked and unable to interpret. Apologies for harsh words, but I bet. Talk to him about a4x cost of scarf at Mall Road, he will take it otherwise and starts arguing on personal level, reminding you how your native cuty is bad and you feel instant regret for talking to him.. He is the same guy, who sold you the package this morning and changed his words about check out timings Organised and syndicate? Yes. The same volvo bus ticket you booked @₹900 from Amritsar to Manali, ast night, this guy will sell it for ₹1300.No further bargain. Speaking about the rooms, you will get chipped off bath tub, a geyser that auto shut and deliversicecold water once the bucket is h alf filled and 1towel for 3 packs occupancy.. How romantic, isn't it? The best thing they can give you is service by Soft spoken Gentleman Mr Bipin is a jugful of hot drinking water on call If owner of this property is able to read this long, S/He should read the recent reviews and learn a lesson. If you really want to survive, this is the hightime to go for a serious makeover of the con-man who is destroying your reputation. Moral of the review: stay away from this hotel. Spreadawarendss, book your stays before you board a bus or train to Manali and don't be a prey for them. Old Manali got some really beautiful, affordable and scenic hotels, homestays and BnBs. Don't be fooled by these people. Happy journey *No good place for shopping, *Nothing is local/fresh produced * Laphing tastes heavenly at Delhi but saddest in Manali * Siddu is much talked about., but the one you get in Amritsar superseded * But there is a small eateey at back road of Backstreet runned by Tibetan gentleman is a must try! * on the same street, there is a small shop runned by a cute young lady, may b 20 something, sells local potatoes, a real big lemons by killo along with daily needs, viggies and Tonato Juivmce cartons of Real PSST.......it's an excellent idearent a bike from Alam on the same backstreet just opp to this hotel's rear gate.@just 500 a day and thank me later for the recommendation 😁 It was unpleasant stay a mentaldraining experience with puran and a big NOthing on my next trips to these beautiful city of Manali😍

Worst hotel ever due to emergency we had leave within 5hour but they charged us 3500 INR because we booked the package. Instead of understanding our situation they are talking rudely with us. Worst room ever and service is also very bad.
