OYO 28189 Hotel The 1965 Mall Road

Me and my friends stayed at this place and had an awesome experience. It was really cold in manali. We did not expect it to be this cold. There was snow heaps in the hotel lawn. We had a good time in the evening with a bon fire in the open. Also made friends with a few other guests staying there. Will come back here may be next year. Mall road is just very close.

Very rude behaviour of owner. I don't want to blame staff. Though we had booking confirmed a week ago..we are informed that all rooms are occupied..when we asked how come rooms are full of we have booked a week ago...they said that existing guests extended..now my question is if a guest is requesting for extension, owner/manager should notify them that already booking are done for the day...it's clearly unprofessional behaviour of owner and they were denying to provide alternate accommodation.

We have to wait there for 45 min to checkin and then the rooms were not clean so another 35 minutes were wasted. And everyone was so disappointed with rooms but the pyp people were so unhelpful had no options so but you can save yourself Worst service worst staff and bad food and bad location dont waste your money better go for old manali or model town and its newly renovated but in a bad condition washroom are small room are also tiny not good for more than 2 people

Very poor service of yhe staff and the rude behaviour of the staff members I recommend nobody to go in this hotel to stay.

Worst service worst staff and bad food and bad location dont waste your money better go for old manali or model town and its newly renovated but in a bad condition washroom are small room also and so tiny not good for more than 2 people at all

Very poor facility. Dirty washrooms. And a rogue ill mannered manager. Wouldn't even let anybody use the washroom. And no facility.

Good hotel . Near manali market. Parking facility available.
