Yak Hotel - Best Hotel Near Mall Road Manali

Rooms are large but not at all maintained. Bathroom doors cannot be properly locked. Room curtains are dirty. Rooma have dusts all around. Service is also like dharamshala type. I had some good reviews from the persons already have stayed here. But my experience is not at all good. They dont have even properly cleaned utensils in the rooms. Food is also very ok type. May have a very good location but location is not everything. MORE OVER THEY DO NOT HAVE LIFT. A very bad experince here. A big ZERO for the amenities. Ridiculously when asked for a mosquito repellant in the room they have provided mosquito coil to be burnt inside a air tight locked room. Very much bad

Service is great, but there are cockroach inside rooms. In bed in wardrobe and bathroom. Didn't felt hygiene secure. Too much voice from mall road came into room. Didn't get to rest well enough for next day adventure

Great place to stay at the cheapest price near the mall, just confirm the rooms with balcony directly in the mall at the time of booking, otherwise there may be a problem with the room. Food and service are of very average quality. In short, the best only accommodation for( in terms of location).

In my opinion this hotel is budget friendly and quiet good in some respects like it's location, services etc. One can have the full view of the mall road from its balcony and even from rooms if you get the room with balcony or mall road facing rooms. Rooms are quiet big with almost all necessary items except electric kettle which is essential. Wash room is good with 24 hours hot water supply. Service is very good. Complementary breakfast is having very limited options. Even eggs are not available. Room rent is quite reasonable. Try to stay within 2nd floor because there is no lift. Steps in staircase are to high. They also help for transportation with reasonable rates.

Dirty smell from washroom and it also spreads in room. Call them so many times,they came and they also felt it but could not do any thing. We have to spend that night and next day we leave the hotel.

Located just beside the Manali mall. You can enjoy the view of mall as well as the hills from rooms. We satyed at room no. 103. Staff behaviour was good. The hotel authority must be careful about the cleanliness of rooms, bed sheets, pillows, towels and toilet. It was not tidy at all. If maintained properly, its one of the best property around.

This hotel is best in all aspects. Rooms are good. Room serving is nice. Hotel staff are humble. This hotel is located in the heart of Manali. Food also very tasty in reasonable price.

Nicely located just in the mall. But the hotel is currently going through renovation and the rooms on the fourth floor are not upto the mark. The hotel lacks lift.
