Yak Hotel - Best Hotel Near Mall Road Manali

Located just beside the Manali mall. You can enjoy the view of mall as well as the hills from rooms. We satyed at room no. 103. Staff behaviour was good. The hotel authority must be careful about the cleanliness of rooms, bed sheets, pillows, towels and toilet. It was not tidy at all. If maintained properly, its one of the best property around.

Hotel Location is very good, it's in the middle of all the Mall Road crowd. You will meet Sunil ji here for all the coordination. He is a nice guy and always give you solutions.

We were given a stinky room, due to which i suffered from allergies later. The bed has bedbugs due to which once i returned back to my home it infested my mattress, due to which i need to replace my mattress and buy new one, which costed me 35k. Not sure why others have rated it well, but at least in my case we were given bad room

We didn't stay at this hotel but we did eat at this hotel's restaurant. And it was the worst food, absolutely horrible. Not to exaggerate but it was vile. Btw the food we ordered was chicken Manchurian and chicken noodles. And the restroom was a nightmare. Hope this helps other first time tourists like myself.

Hotel is OK, hotel owner is very polite and good man. Hotel restaurant food was very good. All rooms In the hotel have no balcony, hot water is not hot it's very average water in this extremely cold in manali , no geyser in rooms ...u can't bath in this cold water..They charge extra 300 for Heater, and Heater can only heat till 1.5 feet , u have to keep the Heater very close to bed. Heater was very old like 1920s . My room was on the 4 th floor and there was no lift on this hotel. Overall it's a average hotel on mall road..very close to all the destinations on mall road.
