HOTEL SHANTI KUNJ

Rooms are well maintained, clean and hygienic, location is also very good just 2 min from Mall Road and staffs are also very friendly and cooperative. I stayed there for 2 days and it was very nice experience, good food and great views from hotel rooms. Overall a thumbs up

Positive- Rooms were good, Services were good, Staff is good, Hotel location is good. Negative- you can get good hotel in same Price range, They will not allow you to eat outside food in hotel Nothing is complementary there, they charge you for single onion.

We stayed there for 3 nights. They had an amazing hospitality. From room service, the food to the housekeeping, everything was done very well. The staff was very swift with their actions in case anything was required by us. Special thanks to Mr SaZakir, Mr Pawan Saini for the great service. Hot water was available all the time and the beddings were very comfortable. Looking forward to stay here again the next time we visit in Hotel Shanti Kunj Manali

I visited this hotel back in 2005, there is no comparison to its condition now. It was a budget and a very good hotel. Away from chaos, it had a lot of trees in its front, apples too. Back then, there were a few hotels around the place. the scenery was immensely beautiful. The rooms were clean and great. It was almost in the village. But I went there again in 2018, the charm is lost. It needs a proper renovation. It can still do far better than most of the hotels in that area. Please renovate this place, I have very good memories associated with this location.

The hotel is the worst I have stayed in so far. There is no room service and the condition of the rooms and the bathroom is unacceptable. Any services like food and water comes with a service charge added to it. On my 6 night stay in the place, no one ever came to clean the room as well as the bathroom. The bathroom has several places with dripping water and the place do not have a power backup. The beddings provided had ciggarate holes in them as well as food stuck into them. Overall it was disgusting.
