Hotel Siyal Heights

We stayed at Hotel Siyal Heights for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a great experience with a few minor hiccups. Service The service at the hotel was top-notch! The staff were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. On the first day, we requested a scooty for local travel, and they arranged it for us promptly. When we checked out, they didn’t charge us for the 4-5 water bottles we ordered during our stay. It was a small but thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. Room & Amenities The rooms were very good, offering a stunning view from our window. Plus, the mall road was just a 10-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. However, the cleanliness of the bedsheets and the overall upkeep of the room could have been better. Thankfully, there was no unpleasant smell in the room. It’s important to note that the experience depends on the room you choose. We opted for their highest-priced room, which was spacious and had a great view. On the other hand, their budget room was much smaller and didn’t have any view, which we didn’t like, so we upgraded to the better option. The only major downside was the room heater. At ₹200 per night, it wasn’t effective enough to combat the extreme cold (0 to -5 degrees Celsius). We initially thought it might be a fault with the heater, but another family checking out at the same time had a similar issue. It’s likely that the temperature was too low for the heater to handle. Food We opted for the breakfast and dinner package with our stay. Most of the food was good except for the rice, which was disappointing. That said, the other dishes were enjoyable, and the overall quality was decent. Overall Experience Considering the price we paid, the experience was satisfying. The hotel’s prime location, excellent service, and stunning views made up for the minor shortcomings. If I visit Manali again, I’d definitely stay at this hotel.

I visited in December last and Rooms are expensive on that time because of the season timings. Overall good experience in Hotel Siyal Heights, Good staff behaviour.

DO NOT COUNT MY 1 star…. WORST ATTITUDE OF OWNET - I gave that star for sake of giving. Good thing that we decided not to stay there…. As we arrived in manali 3 days back, we were bombarded by taxi / hotel agents for bookings. We then decided to give a try to go and look property before confirming as we hadn’t pre booked any hotel stays as this is out second visit and could plan better upon arrival. So called owner of this hotel took us in his hotel to show the property with the charge of 100 ( for 5 minutes distance drive) - so bad…. Anyways, as we arrived and viewed some rooms which are not at all lively as shown on pictures. We decided to look for other properties with reasonable price as the prices he was quoting was way high to what the rooms looked like. Here the climax ….. and the worst thing i have ever heard someone saying it to tourists or any guest. He said, looking at us he knew that this is out of our range and we will not book. Mr Owner: Treat tourist well , end of the day we are your guests. No matter how many properties you own, learn some etiquettes on speaking / treating people. We as a tourist we have our own open choices whether to book or not.. so stop judging……

Worst experience , poor hospitality,, bad behaviour of staff .. they didn’t give facilities of package that they described .. no activities done by them .. and staff didn’t help and ignored the call .. rly worst experience .. they bad behaviour of hotel driver .. violence… hotel should work on it its rly worst experience…

I stayed here for 4 days. Overall the hotel , room, service and food was good. Behaviour of the staffs was also good. Will get breakfast and dinner, and it was tasty. Bt why am giving 3 star is because of their tour package. I book their tour package from hotel. It was budget friendly and a value for money package. We paid 6000 rs for a couple and it included 2 days stay and food. But they only go to the places where they got tie-up. 1st day they took us to koksar but they didn't take us to solang valley and sissu. We just lost almost 2 hours at a place near to solang valley just to see mud bikes. Second day we went to Kulu and haridwar there also we didn't get a chance to hangout at kasol. And condition of the traveller that we got was very bad. Please try to improve there things then it will be a good budget friendly hotel.

Outstanding views from the balcony. That alone is worth the price of the room. Sh Harish at reception was always helpful to our questions. Kitchen on the fourth floor has not only excellent views of the mall road but serves very good food. The restaurant team is very helpful. I must add, this is a budget hotel, so it would not be prudent to expect the amenities of a plush hotel But, I would recommend this hotel to all budget travelers. I must add that the mall road is less than five minutes walk. Give it a try and be pleasantly surprised.

We were group of 6 people and wanted a good hotel nearby mall road. The prices was were economical even we had upper floor rooms to ourselves. Staff was very helpful too and parking just made our life easy (we were little bothered about our vehicle). Overall a nice stay and will definitely take stay at this hotel again.
