Hotel Pine view

The location is best, rooms are okay but the staff is so bad- they dont know how to respect people . The service from them is so poor they are so rude and misbehaving after you pay the room rent they change their behaviour towards your requirements. Spoiled manali trip i will not recommend this to anyone

The hotel was very good and near to mall road in distance and hotel owner david brother was kind person and helpfull hotel staff behaviour was also good and their food was tasty 😋

Hotel is good and providing best service. Rooms are neat and tidy, some rooms having mountain view. Providing delicious food but tea somewhat bad. But, on order they will prepare good quality of tea. It is 500-700 meter near to mall road. They will also arrange local cars for side seeing but negotiation is compulsory.

A perfect stay which was affordable. The food was good and the service was great! Rooms were also very neat and clean. The staff was polite. It is 300 mtrs from mall road, not exactly on mall road. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this because it was affordable yet good👍

Don’t trust the reviews which say good things about this hotel, these are just reviews of their own employees. Focus on the other reviews, you will see the reality of this hotel. They ruined our entire trip. Will never come to manali because of these nonsense people. They are literally looteras. Don’t waste your hard earned money on them

The hotel was very descent and nearby to the mall road. The staff were very well mannered and hospitable. The location is also very scenic, beautiful and the connectiveity is also very good. Mall road was 200 mtrapprox distance from the hotel. The food was tasty and affordable. We enjoyed staying at this hotel peacefully.

Worst experience ever... I would highly recommend to not choose this if you don't want to ruin your experience. The taps and geysers were not working. The staff is very rude and doesn't pay attention to your problems. They even put false allegations of destroying their property and asked for extra charges. I don't want to even rate 1 star to this cheap hotel . They are Cheapsters and fraud
