I have not seen a hotel room so untidy. Smelly rooms, bathroom. Furniture is like 50 years old. The pictures shown in whats app is not even 1 % of what I saw. Please do not waste your money. When you enter the room you will feel like you have entered a 3rd class lodge.

It is good only when you are on a budget trip. You only want to spend the night and just continue your journey. But the backside of the hotel is very beautiful and also it is just 50 steps away from Mall road.

Rooms are okay. Service is good. But views outside the windows and backyard are just WOOWW😍😍😍 It's not much expensive. Prices are average according to location and other hotels nearby.

This property is way too costly for the facilities it provides. First of all, pictures on Google and what you see at hotel are not the same. Poorly maintained rooms, dirty lenins - we had to ask for a change, even then other dirty ones were put. Basically everything here is old, and unless they invest in renovation, it’s not worth paying more than 3k per night. Food service is very late. And Bonfire they said wood not available. Only good thing is it’s location and being next to Beas river. If you get a price anywhere below 3k, take it. Not worth anything more.

Worst Hotel & Pathetic Service. Staff is even uncultured and manner less. They charge full amount in advance and let the customer's struggle throughout the stay. Customers gets tired of calling for small things but they don't provide anything. Even the charges for any room service or restaurant items are as high as they're providing 3-4 star hotels do. I won't recommend this place even if they offer a free stay. Don't waste your money and time. Infact HP government should ban this hotel forever.

Can't complain for the price. All the lights were broken accept one. Had western toilet, hot water and Discovery Channel. 😉

My experience was very bad even before going there as the owner didn’t refund my money a month prior to my stay and is scamming people by not answering the call
