Neat and clean hotel with reasonable price. Location is very good. Mall road , hospital , police station, night club... everything is in just walking distance. Van vihar park is just opposite to the hotel. Good service. Balcony view is awesome. Specious rooms & bathroom. They have their own restaurant. Absolutely recommended.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable with reasonable budget.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Manali.

Good hotel. Roooms were Neat and clean. Walking distance from mall road. Owner was friendly and guided us well. They have a restaurant. Food was delicious.

Very neat and clean hotel... Newly built. Very near o mall road with beautiful views from balcony of the hotel. Each floor has 3 rooms and we booked all the 3 rooms for family so no disturbance at all.|All the staffs are very polite and helpful.|I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel: we stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. The room wasn’t ready for us when we arrived, but granted it was 5am. They got us into the room by 8am and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary bottles of water throughout our stay. There were no windows in our room so this was a small downfall. Location: the location made the experience for us! The hotel is right in the middle of a crazy market but as soon as you go into the hotel you feel away from it all and there is no noise in the room. There are always tuktuk’s waiting outside to take you wherever you need to go and there is a metro line at the end of the road. The location is fantastic!!

Theft in our room. |We stayed in Orchard green resort for 5 nights in Diwali. During the stay our airpods disappeared from the wardrobe. We complained about the theft. The front end indicated that there was some temporary staff and she will enquire. After a few hours when we asked again she called the Gen Manager who did not bother to talk to us. We asked the cleaning staff to anonymously return the airpods as they were a gift and had emotional significance . Then the receptionist said call the police , but do not post on social media. She also tried to tell me I was not sure if I had kept it somewhere else. I told her we were 100% sure where we had kept it. Please do not carry any valuables when staying at this resort. The callous attitude of the general manager put us off, he didn't even have courtesy to talk. We were staying in the most luxurious room the resort was offering and this was the service. The senior staff needs a crash course of dealing with clients especially matters like theft. We did not go with police complaint as it was Diwali and we were leaving the place in 12 hours. Pros The location of hotel is good and lovely view from balcony.|Hotel room family room was big.|Cons The food taste is average. Slope to climb up, no entertainment for kids as construction was on.
