Hotel Sonamarg Glacier

I had a wonderful stay during my trip to Sonmarg, Kashmir. The hotel’s location is amazing, offering breathtaking views and easy access to nearby tourist spots. The food was delicious, with a variety of local and international dishes to enjoy. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay very comfortable. Service was excellent, with prompt responses to every request. Overall, a perfect place to stay while exploring the beauty of Sonmarg!

All and all it was a very nice & pleasant stay at sonmarg glacier hotel for us! Food was good, service was good! Staff was polite and courteous… View while sitting outside in chairs is splendid! You can sit and enjoy the nature at its best…. Scenic view of thajiwas glacier is just breathtaking…..

Bedsheets dirty , tiny portable heater in room, no heating in reception and dining area. It was just terrible. We burnt the booking and checked in to 4 points nearby.

Rooms=Bad, Service=Pathetic! Food=Not edible! We started there for a night, the location is ideal as it is near to Pony ride n other activities. At the first impression we like ld it but when we enter the room, it wasn't clean and room service were not helpful, also, there wasn't water in the toilet flush. People seating at the reception think that they are the owners of the hotel! They sound arrogant.! If the owner is seeing this he/she needs to works on the room services. Regards, 1st time visiting Kashmir and Sonmarg.
