Hotel Vaishno Devi Katra

Not safe for families. They don't co-ordination between themselves and our luggage and vehicle was not safe at all. They did not even provided room key and said you can keep it open . Worst behaviour and do not ever select this hotel . They are fraud who gonna charge heavy amount because of your problem. These people are destroying name of Jammu katra . They are cheater who loot tourist in their area .

Worst hotel I ever visited in my life,no room facilities, electricity problem,Ac and fans are not working, manager was too rude and badly drunked.he was not able to talk. I HV never experienced this type of behaviour in any hotel • The hotel was super PATHETIC ,Service was even more pathetic

I won't recommend anyone to stay here because they are entirely fraud, first of all you wont feel safe , secondly the condition of the room is worst . Worst hospitality I have seen in my entire life.
