*2.5/5 Stars: A Disappointing Stay* I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Despite its promising appearance and amenities, the hotel failed to deliver on several key aspects. Firstly, the room was not as clean as I had expected, with dust and stains evident on the furniture and carpets. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and lumpy. The hotel's service was also subpar, with the staff seeming disinterested and unhelpful. Requests for extra towels and toiletries took an inordinate amount of time to fulfill. To add insult to injury, the hotel's restaurant served mediocre food at inflated prices. The breakfast buffet was particularly disappointing, with a limited selection of cold and stale items. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment, and I would not recommend it to others. With some serious improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities, this hotel might have potential, but until then, I'd advise caution.

It's ver distant from the city and moreover you have to walk atleast 1.5-2 kms to come outside the gali to get an auto.....and from there the autowalas will charge you atleast 400₹ to come to the city......they don't have a single ac room in the hotel..... although they have mentioned in every website that they do have it.

Suitable for as a pg not for family if u r more than 2 ppl u can not feel comfort if u r only 2 members and if u r couple then u can go there to live for a couple of days in short it us suitable for couples bciz they can share bed with each other as it has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom no kitchen and any other space

Poor experience i visited hotel but hotel is closed nobody available in hotel my money waste hotel is jammu to distance appoorx 4.5km auto charge 500rs my money has waste to book hotel
