My Humble request to all ..pls don't plan to stay in this Hotel just useless waste of money only 1 housekeeping staff for the hotel. All staff is untrained not from Hospitality management. I can promise you if you ignore my suggestion you will feel it practically & you will be writing the same review like me. Kya kya ginvau aapko - no towels in washroom after calling many times, dirty bed sheets, no staff, termite in furniture, dumpnes in the room and so onnnn.

I recently visited this Hotel. Location of this hotel is in outskirts of the city. There is no shop or restaurants near by. If you want to go to Jammu Market it is Far away and Cab will take around 400-500 bucks. There are only trucks and buses around. Also there is lot of noises of loading/unloading of goods at night. I had to struggle a lot to get to Airport from this location. Service is an issue in the hotel. When I visited there were no helpers to pick the bags to room. The reception person was not at all polite. While leaving the room as well there was no person to carry the bags and also lift was not working. Rooms are big, spacious and clean. Restaurant of this hotel is costly. Also the service is not at all good for restaurant as well. I have ordered soup and dinner. Soup came after we were done with dinner. Food Quality was okay. It was not that great. Price of all the restaurant items is on higher side. Overall it was not at all a good experience. Not at all recommended. Please don't book this Hotel basis the ratings. There are many other good hotels better than this in Jammu Market (near Raghunath Mandir). You can check with the local people/ your driver before booking any hotel. They will recommend you better options.

Hotel is very nice rooms are very nice and comfortale .Wifi speed is very good ,staff is very good and helpful apart from that comes to breakfast part it was awesome all the iteams are present .Service is very fast in breafast and other meals as well .Every thing is very great .Will visit again .Big Thanks to Treebo for such a great property.

Poor hotel service, even don’t have Dental kits, sleepers, soap. After asking for multiple times they said. We don’t have right now. Surprised to see their behaviour when they said that Soap is also not available.
