OYO 63942 Ocean Grand

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone as this is very pathetic hotel i have found till date. Rooms are very small and staff is illiterate and very rude. Our rooms which we had done online booking well in advance (4 bedded) has been allotted to some one else. When showing them our booking they straightly said we had not done any booking so we cannot give you that room, you can call goibibo (from where we had done our booking) and fight with them. They straightly told us either take 2 rooms of 2 bedded or leave. It was totally nightmare for us. I would say pls dont book this hotel and dont make yourself suffer.

new property, located in the centre of Jammu city with all the latest amenities..friendly staff..free wifi...best food in budget rates..5 minutes walking disance from ragunath mandir..transport facilities available on request..tour and travel services..what else do we need

Whenever i come in jammu i always stay in this hotel . Around 50 times i stayed here . Every thigs here is perfect price staff room services etcccc

Yesterday I have stayed there ,they charges 800/ for a single room non -ac and the room was not good very dirty,and in the night some one has drunk and make noise all the night,and when I am checking out from hotel some one has told me that room charges are 600 means they have rouged me.I am very much disappointed with the service provided by them.i don't recommend it to any one.

Good location. Besides Bus stand. Good space. Hotel needs renovation of rooms including Phone connection

Do bargain before booking this hotel especially in winters ! The hotel staff is not friendly and doesn't bother to heed to your complaints ! Do check the room before booking it as in many rooms the taps , locks etc are broken

They are cheaters. They will betrey you on the name of facilities provided in room and will not provide anything. So don't be fool choose others.
