Negative staff, from last 10 years my stop in jammu was Hotel Nek, staff was cool friendly that time, mostly like parking chaha, but now counter boy is behaving like the owner of jammu city. Egoistic negative behaviour.... I always recommended my friends to stay there. But now I see small changes big ego. I feel better to stay in car. .... Not recommended

I had a wonderful experience at hotel Nek The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

This is the most beautiful, wonderful and the cleanest hostel in jammu .It has the most fastest service if you want to visit you can and also it has some side games like chess,badminton etc. You can use wifi and it is the best place to stay

I was just 7 year old when i firstly visited this hotel with parents and the experience was amazing, but now this hotel is is a garbage even staff don't have care what we need they don't listen your queries what you want, totally waste of money.. the boy at counter is very rude and other staff member are very frustrating

Ŵe were client of this hotel for the last 15-20 years. The person on reception counter was asked by me to provide a towel n bathroom sleeper but reluctant to do so. It was my worse experience in last 20 years. Positive staff for smooth running of hotel is mandatory. Not recommend for tourists until change of negative staff.
