his is very wrost hotel in samba jammu, hotel not provide towel, electricity issue , room and toilet so dirty, and reception are so bad... So I recommend to everyone don't take this hotel

The quality of rooms are bad. What they show in photos do not match. It doesn't meet the expectations.. please don't book by looking at the pictures.

Room was dirty. Every were found dirt. Ac is any for show. If you booked in emergency please book in on only 400rs not more then that.

I must say the management and other staff are nice humble people. I have stayed in 5 star hotels as well but to be honest the way they treat there customers is amazing. The facilities be it WIFI or Food its awesome. I would compare its service to that of a 5 star hotel. Must stay place. Good budget and most important understanding and nice people

I had a very bad experience with this Hotel, please don't believe the pictures and reviews this hotel has on cleartrip or some other website. I booked my hotel thru cleartrip . In booking details it was mentioned evening tea is complimentary but they charged me Rs.15 for a small cup of tea. This hotel doesn't have its own restaurant but it was mentioned in a fake review on cleartrip. I had paid 1000 rupees for a very simple dinner and breakfast for 5 persons. I would suggest for all the travelers going to visit vaishno devi or Jammu not to book such hotels in advance except some branded hotels. I had paid 2700 rupees of 3 room for 1 night whereas I can found such rooms in 400-500 rupees/room on the spot. the hotel rooms were dirty and bathrooms fittings were broken. Bathroom in AC room is very congested. I am attaching some pictures with this post as an evidence.

Gross. You can hear the cockaroaches scurry across the floor at night. Booked online for three nights based on positive reviews. The reviews are undeserved. I booked a deluxe room but was taken to a room which was far from deluxe. Most times water was unavailable to shower or even wash my hands or flush the toilet. Power often didn't work. The lift sounded unsafe and was often unavailable due to power cuts. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I told them there was no water they just laugh. There is no wifi in the rooms. Only in the lobby. The lobby is so small that you cannot sit on the sofa and use the WiFi without having to move to allow people to pass. Not to mention that the staff try to have conversations with you. Most of the people in the hotel seem to use it as a permanent residence,cooking in the hallways. Cleaning is not done, even in the common areas. The cable television is unwatchable. Probably one of my worst hotel experiences.

I would not recommend this place because of interior of rooms in this hotel. They doesn't provide sufficient accessories to stay for night. Worst washrooms i have ever come across.
