1. Location is not g8 as it on the highway lead to lot of congestion for entry. 2. Food is average, snacks are good but main course can be improve upon as compared to other Radisson. Staff also ok. 3. Ambience is also ok ok. 4. Parking is congested due to highway construction. 5. Average experience.

A group of us had buffet dinner at your hotel on 17/12/2024.Firstly, the two overweight valets at the entrance were eating something and laughing without even a glance at the cars coming in. I had to get out and ask one of them to do the valet parking🙄The food was quite flavourless and the staff morose, unsmiling and unhelpful. Only Mr. Sohan showed some civilized behavior. Every request was met with stony stares and late service. The coffee served at the end was lukewarm.I have visited and stayed at several of your properties and can say with conviction that this property is the worst, when it comes to food. Never visiting again!

The hotel is one of the best in the entire city with there impeccable service.Kudos to there management for such staff towards there work commitment with smiling spirit.The rooms are quite comfortable and the services provided are very lightning fast.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Jammu and was left extremely disappointed. The staff's unprofessionalism was evident from the moment I checked in. Requests were ignored, and basic courtesies were lacking. The room itself was a letdown, with noticeable maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience.||I expected a higher standard from a hotel of this caliber, but unfortunately, Radisson Blu Jammu fell short in both service and accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and professional stay in Jammu.

A fraud hotel! I booked a room through their official website. And they confirmed the booking but before one hour of check in they called and told me the booking is canceled. No reason provided, when i ask them to mail me whole matter so that i can proceed with legal thing they didn’t mail. Such a unprofessional thing they are into. Highly highly disappointed I recommend everyone not to book them ever.
