I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, but when we reach to there, there was some water issue in the hotel and they requested us to shift to the different hotel. We asked them to help us and they helped us very nicely. They arranged different hotel they gave us a very good rates over there too. The services was fantastic by them.

We had a smooth check-in experience, thanks to Mr. Neeraj from the front desk, who was quick to assist us and even provided an upgrade to a deluxe room.||||The room was excellent, equipped with all modern amenities, and the housekeeping staff was always available and eager to help.||||Breakfast was delightful, with great service from Ganesh and Sonika, who were always attentive and ready to serve.||||Overall, the team showed remarkable teamwork and professionalism. A big thank you to the management of The Park for making our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Zone by park Jammu and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The hotel staff charged me extra money and they not provided me bills and to top it off, the food was substandard. The room was also not up to the mark.room service is very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .
