Not recommended as the rooms arent that clean. please check the uploaded images. they expect payment but dont want to provide clean rooms. cockroach 🪳 is seen. ac not working. lot of improvement shud be done

Hotel Satyam - A Nightmare Stay I had one of the worst experiences of my life at Hotel Satyam. From the moment I entered, everything felt off. The atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming, and it only got worse. The bedroom was absolutely filthy — stained bedsheets, dust everywhere, and a foul odor that made it hard to breathe. The furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in years. To make matters worse, the toilet was downright disgusting. It was unhygienic, smelled terrible, and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The entire place felt neglected and run down. There was not a single redeeming quality. I honestly couldn’t wait to leave. Avoid this hotel at all costs — it’s a complete disaster. Definitely not worth your time or money.

I stayed in Jammu on July 21,22 at this hotel. The staff was very rude, rooms were unhygienic, and the bedding smelled. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic, and they didn't even provide drinking water to guests. Room service was just for show; it never worked, and the receptionist never answered calls.

I want to rate this hotel with 5 star rating. Awesome experience. Rooms were clean and very good food quality. Very co-operative staff. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

Just a place for stopover. Room are okay but washrooms are bad only. You feel like leaving the place at the earliest. Food is also okay, although the staff is hospitable

We have put up in Satyam lodge Jammu. We had give him Dinner order at 7.00 pm . But his cook says at 10.30 pm that we have not placed order, And told us very rudely. We are 20 people come from Mumbai and this type of service is not expected from you .We feel the service is very bad. With this type of service we will always think twice to come to this Hotel in future. The staff did not handle this situation professionally . The owner needs to take a note of this.

Behavior of the hotel staff is very bad and no one cares about you and your problems. Bathroom fittings are very old, flush was not working in the bathroom and no one take seriously this issue. Don't waste your money.

Room is very small, but it's okay to stay for one night, staff is good and responsive. I am happy with my stay. Location is clear and parking also good, we don't face any issues in reaching hotel. I will recommend to stay for one night who is going to Ladakh.
