Date 11.6.2025, check in , stayed here for 1 night , Worst experience for the first time in life in any hotel /lodge, no intercom working, No water in Bathroom, no staff to listen , hotel mobile no picking, hotel numbers not working pls don’t think of staying here, food quality 3rd class,

Very bad hotel in my life 😕.. staff was very rude ... price high but is very poor. No Ac working and beding is very bad ... zero Zero 0 0 0 rating obout us.

I didn't like the rooms as there were cockroaches... No ventilation... It's just if you want to stay near Jammu station, this will suit you or else no point staying here Average hotel with below standard rooms

I recently had the pleasure of staying at King's Lodge during a trip to India and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. This 3-star hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the comfortable and well-appointed rooms to the exceptional service provided by the staff. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also well-appointed, with plenty of hot water and all the toiletries I needed.

If there was an option to give 0 star here then I would have given that. I have never seen a worse hotel and room service than this. I have even made a short video on this.

Location is nearby railway station, closer to lemon tree hotel. Room are awesome, I mean for tourists the room are awesome having neat and clean bed. AC looks old but it works. The only thing which I love while staying is because of services. Lift not working and staff took all luggage thrice. And even the lift works the staffing was awesome.

wirst ever hotel to stay. cockroaches all around the room on bed . ac not working . continuos water dripping from ac in the floor. sheets are not at all washed .
