Hotel Grand Inn

I wanted to share my experience staying at this hotel.. Please don't go for this hotel staff is not good. Wifi sucks always food is so expensive. services is poor. They are charging 3k per day without breakfast which is not worth for this hotel. No car parking provided.

Not a good staff ...we just requested them to for late check out ..Before check in they said yes to us that they will give us late check-out but after we checked-in ...they didn't help us ..and were not cooperative at all ..

Very helpful staff and room also very clean and fast food service. Little bit taste not according to me so I will give 3 star

Hotel Grand Inn is situated near to the Jammu Railway Station. The location is easily accesible. The staff is really good. There is in-house parking in Basement. Rooms are spacious with an air conditioner. Toilets were clean with hot water available. For a short stay/enroute stay this hotel is really good in Jammu. ||#Jammu #J&K #HotelsinJammu #hotels

There is a boy in the hotel who is on night shift. He is very rude and said that it is the policy of the hotel even there is an emergency, the main gate won’t open from 1 o'clock in the night and will open at 7 in the morning and I missed my flight because of him till 5 o'clock in the morning. Give strong warning but there is no one to open the lock.

Food is tasty but the vibes & ambience doesn't suit the name of the hotel. On entry itself u feel that low vibes... If they work on that thn food is awesome, service is good

There were large nails sticking out of Mattresses which were clearly very old. Air conditioning was sub par. Food was barely satisfactory.

The entry and the ambience is nice however the food needs to be improved a bit. The services are okay. Nice place to stay!! Would recommend to others
