I am staying since 2016.Whenever i stay in Jammu,i love to stay here. Location is very nice ,away from city noise. Sourrounded by residencial houses and a temple.Mr. Vishal the owner is very good and polite person.Food is also good.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever been in. It has very friendly and helping manager and staff. Very clean hotel, all rooms are well furnished and cleaned regularly. Area in which this hotel is located is also very good. Food is also very good. It always seems like I'm living in my own home. I'm really enjoying my stay in this hotel.

Visited: October, 2015 for a Business trip.||One of the rarest experiences when everyone around you is eager to listen to you n dat too with genuinely smiling faces. The hotel manager, Mr. Vishal himself is a gem of a guy. From allowing me an early check-in to arranging local transport n to even stand at the gate to see me off, this guy has taken very good care of everything smvn away from home needs. The hotel staff is also prompt n efficent. Mr. Ankush & Mr. Rakesh left no stones unturned in catering to my needs. Its a homely ambience, a calm vicinity & an easily accessible location with sign boards kept throughout the route to the hotel from the railway station. All in all, its a place where hospitality takes the lead n courtesy n care are never compromised with. Thanks for giving me such a wonderful stay!! U r da only property on my itinerary for my future visits to Jammu. :)

Awesome, comfortable, great amenities. Vishal (the owner) gave us great hospitality. I booked hotel via phone for a family emergency and he was a perfect savior. His staff is also very well versed. Great Stay. RECOMMENDED!

There are many hotels in jammu city but there will be no hotel or hospitality better than this hotel.|Owner Vishal is too friendly and you can experience a homely environment around. There is a inside kitchen where they can serve delicious and hot dishes |It is first recommended hotel in jammu city.|| Pros: |1). Good hospitality.|2). Well arranged.|3). Homely atmosphere.|4). Tasty food.|5). Rooms are neat and tidy.|6). Near to railway station.|7). Near to airport.|8). More than expected|9). Worthy|10). Everything||Cons:|1). Nothing near by to see.

Had booked the hotel for 8-9th Stay, after seeing the reviews , lodging is deficient with regards to a great deal not in any way for business travelers and families, people should strictly give it a pass||budget hotel but not worth the money you spend for a night, transportation is a problem, location is isolated from the city.||||complete different scenario in actual and as advertised over photographs on website||The Room was tidy but no glass Jugs, dirty tea kettle and poorest standard of service||Food ordered once, no request taken half and hour later you will put in the request once more, unable to cater in rush situations, constrained staff ||||Booked the iternity with complimentary B/F which isn't actually available here, Limited options. ||Staff doesn't even take the call made to room service, eventually the owner calls you which is some positive||||hotel is a bit on new side , needs to learn professionalism, polished methodology and benchmarks. should explore what other good hotels in industry practice.||||should consider customers as "customers"||customer satisfaction is what they need to improve upon||||Average stay , won't recommended to business travelers and family budget stays it will not be worth the spend.||Overall Ok
