Devi Grand

I loved it. Everything was just awesome. Rooms were great, location was awesome and service was good. Then you guys may be thinking that what caused me to give it a 4 star? So that is their food they need to upgrade the quality of food. Food was very okay compared with the luxury of the hotel.

The hotel was not really good, service was decent and even the staff was good. But property was not that good, and they did not gave us good rooms even the swimming pool was empty. Overall we were expecting it to be good property but it came out to be average one.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel offers a fantastic view and a great pool that truly adds to the relaxation and charm of the place. A special shoutout to the kitchen staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Deepak was incredibly helpful and informative—always ready to assist with a smile. He even arranged food for us as late as 12 midnight and again as early as 6 in the morning, which was extremely thoughtful and convenient and he himself was standing everywhere for help. Another team member, Shubu, was also exceptionally cooperative and cheerful. No matter what we asked, he never said no and did everything with a great attitude and a constant smile. Thank you to the entire team.

Everything was up to the mark, family room is superb, location is also good only thing to improve is food quality and breakfast system. Food quality is taste is very low below average needs to work on it

Had a wonderful stay at Hibis Devi Grand! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and welcoming. Great value for money, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed for 2 nights with my family.. All rooms were well clean and all required facilities were provided in the room. Nice park view of the hotel. Hotel ambience is also good Avarage food.
