i visited on 01/8/25 in this hotel hotel owner sunil takes full money at the time booking, i booked for 3 bedroom but they gave us two bedroom, he tells right now no 3 bedroom available, we adjusted, after mata ji darshan we called them for pickup but no person pick me, so i have to come myself by auto, hotel room bedsheets, blankets dirty as well as bathroom toilet system not works, in morning no water supply, we complained after 1.5 hours water problem solved. in short worst hotel with worst service please check review before booking

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel. I stayed here with my friends Very unsafe for girls. I dont recommened any girls to stay here. If there is any boys are there with girls then also dont stay.The staff boys are very unprofessional , they stare at girls in such a manner that they havent seen a girl before.The staff boys behave eith girls in such a manner that ki ladki pe chance mara jaye..None of your mother sister or female friends are safe here..Even i was scared that if left my female friend here alone for 5 min, i dont know what this staff boys can do with her. Just think what was situation. Didn't find any hotel owner number to complaint. Even rooms bedsheet and pillows were too dirty.

This hotel is very worst and the staff behaviour is very very very worst. I have never seen this type of behavior in my entire life. Please don't go to this hotel.

Highly disappointed with staff. They were asked us to drop and pick from ban ganga .but both time they dropped and picked us at Shankar market. Makes false comittment,also do misbehave. Don't trapped into such kind of fraud.

Very bed experience,I visited here on rakshabandhan with my family.they don't fullfill their commitment. Staff is unprofessional .They make fool their customers.Legal action must be taken by govt against such kind of fraudulent.

Staff Behaviour is Very Rude and Unprofessional. First they agreed to 600 rs for the night stay only and then asked for 900 rs. Saying we didn't agree on that amount and we will charge 900. Very bad Experience Here... If anyone is going here .. then make payment before checking in and taking slip of that so that they can't deny it
