Hotel Ram Niwas

I could not have imagined that I would travel so far from West Bengal and get such a high quality hotel and such good treatment and help. In fact, our entire Kashmir trip was so good and enjoyable with the help of the hotel owner Sunny Ji, which is unimaginable. Thank you very much Sunny Ji.

It was a lovely stay with hotel Ram Niwas. Hotel was on the main road itself and it was very convenient to reach the hotel, Staff was very polite. Special thanks to the hotel owner he is a gentle man and customised our booking as per our requirement. One must try staying in this hotel.

Worst service guyz, First they commit something and will not stay in there words… We asked for pick n drop for bhavan they stated cab coming in 10 min and dragged it to 2hrs. Commitments not fulfilled No can service No proper sevice No hot water No wifi No proper management No proper stafff….

Three days experience was best, whole staff was supportive and kind. Specially sunny sir he is very kind and helpful during trip. Please do visit Hotel Ram Niwas. If there will be a trip again I will surely visit again.

The owner Sunny was very great and very helpful and cooperative... He was personally guiding every customer and he never make anyone uncomfortable like a hotel as a customer I feel I am staying in home... The room was very clean and with very sale as I came with my couple trip it was excellent services I got it
