Worst experience ever 😪 they tell you something and charge you something else. And it's not as it shown in pictures the staff is very rude. And bed matters quality is like if you are sleeping on solid rock. Food is not even that good. They don't care at all if you wants to go there again or not. I have never written any review ever but I felt like this I should tell everyone who is looking forward to visit there. If you are looking most uncomfortable and scammed stay you should go there. Or else just skip this resort and have a good stay somewhere else. 😫😫

I don't know why the ratings are low on google as it is really good and economical property. Staff behaviour is very good. Very good view and spacious rooms. Also as promised they provide pick and drop service also. Will highly recommend this property.

Had the worst experience at this hotel. We met him at the railway station where one of the hotel staffs convinced us but the time we entered there it was all lies. They only gave us room for 1 hours to freshen up and told to keep our luggage in the common area only and not in the room. When we said that this was not told to us he was like it is what it is and if you want to keep your luggage in the room it will cost you 2,000 extra. He took 1200 from us for 1 hour to freshen up. Other than this, the entire was extremly rude. In short, if anyone if visiting their hotel, please be very very very specific as they all are liars and twist things. Wish i could guve them the - rating.

Spacious room, good service but bathroom was smelling supposed to be more clean overall good experience location was perfect. Pick drop service available, ambience was Amazing.

The staff's were rude and not working properly rooms had many problems such as gyeser was not working tab was broken unhygienic room environment but location is pretty good that can make you feel little better they should work on it. it would be great

One of the Wrost experience i have ever faced . Never ever try this hotel Went for vacation with the group of 17 people . The guy who met at Katra railway station told us that they charged rooms on per person basis . We asked 6 times what about Conveyance bcz he used to took us from katra railway to hotel and then hotel to banganga ( Where we start the Yatra). He said it's included in hotel rent . But once we reached at hotel he said no rooms are there for us and asked us to pay 3400 ( 17×200 ) as conveyance and clock room as he will keep our bagaage till the time we not came back from yatra . We were shocked bcz he just provide us 2 rooms for using washroom and fresh our self and then asked us to keep your luggage in clock room ( openly ) and for that he charged 200 per person . While we asked for rooms he said that is 2k per 4 bed , 1.8k for 3 bed & 1.5k for 2 bed which was too costly as compared other hotels. When we asked that why he said earlier that conveyance are free and coming in room rent he start agrue with us and other staff start shouting us and threat us to pay 1k charge as conveyance ( from Railway station to room ) and get out from hotel . Bcz we were with family ( ladies + elder + Kids ) we given them 3400 as they asked. But their behaviour was too rude and they were given false Statements & commitment plus threaten us by saying take out your bags and get out. In total they ruined / spolied our starting journey with their Bad behaviour & Agressive attitude. Somehow we manage and given the money . We left by 11:30 AM. while we leaving we already informed them that we will come back early morning of next day he said ok he will send his car for pickup .and also ensure that he will arrange the room and it will be available. We reached back from yatra around 8 AM and called him for send Vechile for pickup first he denied by saying he will send post 9 AM only but when we insist a lot he send after 25 mins out of 5 members of our family ( elder 70 year old + kids) book personal auto and came back to hotel . When they reached this guy start shouting why you came early and said there is no room available our old grandma sit more than an hour outside in 14'C temp but they didn't gibe a single shed / room for stay . Again they start argue with us . Overall the hotel is not even deserve a single start , Staff too rude , Canteen food is worst and taking 30 mins for a cup of tea, bed metres are 200 rs form metres in AC room . Where you just feel pain . No soap given , they charged for extra Bed sheet / kambal / metres ( 200 per metres) ... Never ever visit in this hotel it will given you disaster experience and your family will struggle.

This hotel is not as it seems. We went on recommendation but it was a horrible experience. The beds were so hard as if sleeping on the floor itself. The fan of our room was working but it was not windy! Now just imagine our plight. There was no water in flush, jet, or taps, seems like the tanks were empty. We requested another room with slightly softer mattress but the owner said that all rooms had the same except one which was non AC. We had to check out within half n hour because of so many issues. Although, it is a budget hotel but it lacks basic amenities. If you want to have restful sleep after darshan then avoid booking here. Initially they said that pickup would be provided from banganga but later refused when we asked again. Thank god we did not rely on them and checked out as the promises were not filled. Don’t just go by the view and location of the hotel.

# High price # false statement ( Conveyance 200 per person + hotel rent 1.5k for 2 bed ) # Agressive staff # Wrost quality metres ( form gadda lower quality 150 one ) # Charged extra amount for extra bed sheet # Food taking so much time # Below average food # Charging 30 rs extra for boil the milk for kid even we purchased milk from outside # No Drinking water availability # No electricity supply - light cut off more than 4 hrs and there no socket for charging the phone which is running of DG/ Invetor # Extra charged on food which was not sent to us . # Always give false statement to attract customers once they come start argue and threat.
