Comfortable stay. Wonderful staff. Views of mountain from the room and garden are fabulous. Staff particularly singh Rajdev was very helpful. The Arti at 7 pm in hotel lobby was also quite unique. My parents and kids felt at home away from home ||Would surely repeat.

The staff at this place make you feel right at home. The front house staff at the restaurant, Jagdev and Nagma, do a tremendous job at fulfilling each and any request! They make you feel royalty with the level of service and precision in executing their duties! Been coming here since the first day this place opened up and the staff here have been just amazing n very accommodating!

Easily its the most expensive property in Katra right now and it totally justifies the price with their warm hospitality , vast breakfast choices and the ambience they provide . My personal experience led me to say this that reception staff could get better and the hotel Cabs could also be better . Rest , the reception area is wonderful with ample natural lighting and warmth , rooms are cozy and its located nearby to the new Tarakot Marg for Vaishno Devi Yatra.

This hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms were decent; the only exception of the food and its quality. As the food was not good at all and we had to order dominos as it was the only delivery in whole of Katra. I sincerely hope this hotel works on their restaurant and food quality. We had come back in from prayers and had to wait for 40 minutes to be served mediocre food and I hope to return back to this hotel once again.

Overall it was a great experience staying there. The hotel rooms are cozy and comfortable. There are lots of verities in dinner and lunch. The food is really light and delicious and comfortable for pallete. One thing that I appreciate that they don't provide water in plastic bottles. They take care of their guests. The services are of top quality. The location is really beautiful. Feel peace in the lap of Shri Mata Vaishno devi and nature.

The ambience of the hotel and the restaurant is marvellous. The staff is extremely friendly and humble.||The food is delicious and the menu is diverse. Mr. Jagdev's hospitality is commendable.|| We enjoyed the food and our stay at the property.

I stayed in this property for three nights with my family. It was a great experience. Perfect blend of great hospitality, best location, cleanliness and yummy food. All staff from top to bottom are keen to help u and very polite. Room very very clean n spacious. There was huge variety of breakfast with smile on face on all service people. Thank u team form making our stay soo comfortable and homely.

Amazing hospitality at the Welcome Hotel Katra, Good food by the Chef, Mr. Darshan and amazing service by Mr. Jagdev made our stay memorable. Will visit again for sure. The rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and staff very attentive .
