Hotel Sundram

Staying at Sundram Hotel was a terrible experience. They convinced my friend and me to stay the night, promising free pickup and drop-off from the Mata Vaishno Devi Katra entry gate. We agreed, but when it was time to leave, we were on the verge of missing our train. We requested a drop to the railway station and even offered to pay. Despite the station being just 500 meters away, they charged us ₹150—an unreasonable amount compared to an auto. In the end, we still missed our train. Overall, it was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience.

Average hotel. Not a very fancy place to stay. It's just that you can spend a night in it. The staff is quite irritating. They switched off the geyser in the morning and troubled us for some hours. But for such a reasonable price you can't expect more from them. They've their own pick and drop services which is the best part. They also tried their best to make things available for us at very reasonable prices. Thus to save money with some compromises, you can surely opt them. Remember there is a great scope of bargain with their facilities so don't hesitate to show off your bargaining skills. 😉😉

hotel staff is very arrogant. they didn't give me a second blanket even in winter, though they accepted that it was not sufficient for the winter. there was no room heater also in winter. we were 4 family members and among 4 they gave only 1 bath towel and refused to give further. They said that they normally don't give towels to the guest in the hotel. the blanket was having holes in it.||bed, blanket and the towel was dirty. don't stay

Poorest Service I Ever Received In Any Hotel. Dirty Balcony, Water, light & Wifi Are On God's Mercy. Uncultured & Drunked Staff.. Uncooperative Management. They look Pilgrims just As ATM. Opting For IRCTC Guest House In Katra Is Much Far Better than this Hotel. It's Not Near Anyway. Overall It don't Even deserve One Star. Every Pilgrims not reviewing here..it's the Experience I'm sharing, so before looking for this scrap consider it very sincerely..else you'll write the same After. Jai Mata Di.

I was visted there previous week, Hotel Staff behaviour was not so good and so dirty bathroom (gyser also not working). Cab service is also useless. No power backup available there that was a big issue for us because when we return from bhawan after 15 hours of climbing (very tired),there is no electricity available in hotel.

Bad experience. Hotel staff charged higher amount for room as they told us in starting. They told us that cab facility is free but at checkout they charged us money for that.

Very bad experience Their driver and even the manager is very rude as well as mannerless I will surely not recommend any body to stay here They don't have manners to talk They only tell lie about every facilities There bathroom and even there bedsheets were very dirty Not gonna recommend any body
