1. Rude behaviour of Hotel Managers 2. TV not working 3. Far from Market ( U can’t walk to buy anything or eat) outside food also not allowed 4. AC was for name sake 5. They commit something else and give non GST bill at times. 6. Rate of hotel rooms are on ur capacity to bargain. 7. They give vehicle service to Ban Ganga and return but sometimes at delayed due to vehicle availability. 8. Near to station but far from main market. Behaviour of Managers are not good

worst worst overall experience refund my money I want to give below one star for oyo and it's hotel at katra Vijay international specially reception staff very rude . don't want to listen customer problems about room no genrater service after light went off. not a single fan working in room all regulators broken I payed extra charge for AC by making request but that is also not working at all I have booked from 8 April to 10 April due to oyo bekar chekin services I have checked in on 9 April 2019 4 am and checkout at 10 April 2019 at early morning 1 am. besides this I have to paid extra for AC they did not consider to that my chein and chekout period is small kindly refund at least one day if possible kindly make it public

The hotel is just a stop over for Vaishno Devi darshan. It's a OYO collaboration but do not expect much barring a bed to sleep and place to live. The only benefit is the location near Katra. The entry point of the hotel is mudded and no vehicle can cross the patch, so be prepared to pic your luggage from the taxi and reach the hotel. The reception area is ok but room are small. Did not have a good time there, but should mention that the manager was cooperative to provide us a befitting room to rest. But let us not review the hotel rather focus on the darshan part, Jai Mata Di!!

The location of the hotel is wrong in Google Map. It is not in front of the station. After coming out of the station, the hotel is 300-400m on the left side. Hotel provide the facility of pick up and drop down from station. Rooms are clean and staff were very helpful. They also provide cab facility to the Ban Ganga checkpost at a cost of ₹200.

all over good. i reached in katra railway station at 5 a.m. and this hotel near railway station so i went there by foot easily. hotel was very clean and comfortable. but single problem is no market near it. so i booked two hotels for 1 day in this hotel for rest and other hotel near bus stand for enjoy. but compare karen to this hotel is best.

The hotel is located near to Katra railway station. It takes about 50 rs from auto. The rooms are clean. The staff is cooperative. They charge 200 from hotel to helipad. The worst thing about hotel is food.

Worst experience I had in this hotel. Staff is too much unresponsive. No facility of water backup we r too late because hotel staff was not able to arrange tanker in meanwhile time

Well maintained hotel. Little bit price rate is higher than the other hotels. But over all is very good.
