We group of 20 people recently stayed at Hotel Dolphin in Katra and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was delighted to find my room clean and well-maintained. Really recommendable property in Katra 😊👍

Room is spacious. Tv given with out remote and cable connection. no help for luggage movement, guest need to help to self. Room service is average. Old Broken bucket and stool given in bathroom. Cockroaches in cupboard.

Loved the ambience view and management is super friendly...hats off to awesome owner & staff ..loved the stay with super helpful staff for guidance and shuttle transport nearby .. also highly recommend to all couples families with kids and solo traveller like me ..go for it ..also don't forget to order food , it's damm delicious and great service. The hotel is under renovation and staff itself said we are not entertaining customers..I had no option but to continue the stay as it was booked by tour agent. The rooms are not maintained at all and termites and cockroaches roam around freely.

Not a 3 star standard hotel. No towels provided. When provided, that were dirty. No soap, no comb, no shaving kit, no hand wash, no kettle, no bathroom sleeper. There were spiders & spider nets on walls & corner. Unpleasant smell. Dirty bedsheet. Very poor room service.

The location is perfect. Must need to improve hygiene practice & wifi service. Need a pest control action plan immediately.Food quality is average. Staff & counter leader are very cooperative.

I like the environment of this hotel and Accommodation is superb and main thing is about food is very Hygienic and Taste according to your wish..

Had stay in Dolphin hotel for 2nights 1 day the service given by the staff was really very good will suggest hotel for others too.
