I recently had the pleasure of staying and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Located in a prime location, this hotel offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. The breathtaking nature views from my room were simply stunning, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hospitality was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning on my next visit.

One of the best choice to stay. Hotel, Staff, Owner are the great person's. Helped me and my family, Had booked 2 rooms. Property is awesome. Food was excellent. Rooms were absolutely neat and beautiful, Big rooms. Market is so close to the Hotel. Thank you so much team Clicks Sunbury

It was an good stay experience, we had an last minute booking,but they management and reception heads helped us throughout and gave us a room of our choice and convince with facilities like heaters as well. Even the staff had a very helpful nature at F.O. Amit was of a great help in solving the problem of commute.

First of all the view of the hotel is very nice. The receptionist is very polite. The hotel rooms were very neat and clean.The staff was also very helpful.The food was also very good. The staff was also professional. I asked him about the area near me and he guided me in the right way. Even my friends was very happy.

We booked this place as it was offering a competitive rate and honestly, we loved the rooms. Here's what we liked and disliked. Liked: 1. 5-min walk to yatra registration counter 2. Rooms are nice and clean 3. Food was really good 4. 7 mins drive from railway station Disliked: 1. Their chef couldn't prepare khichdi for a 1-year old son. Twice he served undercooked rice and dal in khichdi. When asked he said we don't have a smasher. Basically, he had to boil the rice and dal for a longer period of time which he didn't. And on top of that they charged us both times even for cancelled orders. 2. The kettle in our room was burnt. It was not the hotel's fault. But when asked for they didn't replace it. This was their fault.

The rooms were neat and clean, but the hotel was understaffed. The on property restraunt was not good at all. Thier was no staff,no one took orders and after giving our order they told us 30 min later that food wasn't available. The complimentary water bottles were not cold. For cold drinking water you had to pay extra charges. Family Booking total 5 rooms 23-june to 25 june

Excellent service, Excellent performance, Excellent staff and Food. Really I am extremely satisfied with my family whenever I visit to Katra in this Hotel. Especially Mr. Sartaj ji so nice person he always treat us like a family member. I suggest to all National and International peoples to come here when plan to live in Katra J&K.

Jai Mata Di! STAY @ Hotel CLICK SUNBURRY is really amazing, comfort & A-Class. Special Thanks to the G.M of the Hotel Mr. Sartaj Singh for the wonderful arrangement of Quality service and Food. If you are traveling to Ma Vaishno Devi Katra plz do choose this Hotel only with out any doubt. Food is awsum here, Room service is very fast & quick, very cooperative staff. We had a lovely memory here.
