OYO 28445 Hotel Bhavini

Pos - View of trikuta parvat. Walking distance from main entry gate of yatra start point ban ganga. Cons- No proper Cleaning, No connectivity to reception, you have to call from mobile. Rooms are untidy. No lift, incompatible for senior citizens requirements. Only one room on the ground floor.

This hotel is running is fraud, at the time of booking we were told charges are 500 rs per room and specifically cross questioned just to be sure and even while making entry in Guest register, I mentioned in front of hotel manager full payment against 500 rs paid. Now at time of checking out he told that he told charges were 1000 rs. After having long heated discussion they end up hooliganism and we were forced to pay 500 rs extra. Beware of such cases. Such a shame they are running such business in such holy place, they should rot in hell.

Worst Room AC is not working they did not even changed the room after rain our room filled with water. Location is also far from the main market. Hotel staff is also not supportive. Not recommended.

I went to Katra last week with family and booked hotel Bhavini. But my experience was very bad, the rooms were not livable at all, very dirty, seemed not cleaned for a long time. Cockroaches, spiders were roaming everywhere, washroom was also very dirty. Staff was too rude, were not behaving well at all. When we asked the hotel staff to clean the washroom and room, the staff flatly refused and they were arguing with us. I'm posting some real photos of the hotel. Nothing was good about this hotel except for the location.

Actually I have not taken room there it is at main turning point of katra check point old route. We are with family of 17 and they are offering 3600 for two rooms with two double bed one single fan in between they are also not offering ac. I don't find the room sufficient for us. although short group of 4-8 people can stay or person with higher budget can stay. I have taken room little above from that place.2000/- 3 rooms with two double beds and one room with single double bed. So I can say choose acc to your comfort and budget.

Hi here aditya this side telling you that this hotel is awesome and the room was well cleaned and the floor were of good tile and the bathroom was also washed and cleaned properly and the staff behaviour was avearage and thats it everything was properly managed. Thanks hotel bhavini....

We were told that the hotel vehicle will be sent for pickup from the Railway station but no one turned up. The room and bathroom were unclean and insanitary. The staff was very ill-mannered. In short ... the stay was Awful and Unpleasant.

Washroom and Bed room very very dirty . Cokeoges fond every where . In hotel .staff is also very rude. Requested to all pls do not go in this hotel. Also It was discussed that they will provide the travel facility from station to hotel nt after booking they have not provided. We were waiting for them at station . HOTEL KE NAAM PE KALANK HAI YE ..
